We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $75 USD to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The minimum order value must be $75 before taxes, shipping, and handling. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For all other international locations, we offer free shipping over $150 USD. The minimum order value must be $150 before taxes, shipping, and handling. Shipping fees are non-refundable 

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order.

Please be aware depending upon the number of current orders it could take 1-2 weeks for your item(s) to ship out. This time frame does not include the shipping time provided for your location. RETURN POLICY

You can return your item(s) by reaching out to us via email at [email protected] 

Returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of when your order was received. Once we have confirmed the return via email the item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days. 

  • Item(s) will only be accepted if returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from make-up, etc. 
  •  Postage must be covered to send the item(s)  back. An address will be provided upon email confirmation. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed.

We recommend you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a package while in transit. 

Items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and the customer will be notified. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS POLICY

Items not eligible for refund include:

  • All items marked as sale
  • Swimwear without the hygienic strip attached
  • Returns received after the two week time frame allotted to begin a return. 
  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”
    • Final sale items cannot be exchanged
  • Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains

Nian Boutique reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Items must be sent back within two weeks of when the package was received in order to be eligible.

Nian Boutique is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

RETURN PROCESSING

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We would be more than happy to assist anyone that may want to exchange an item(s) out for a different size. It must be the same product to be eligible for an exchange.

To make an exchange:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected]
  2. Once we confirm the eligibility of your exchange, send the item(s) back to the provided address.
  3. We will begin hand-making your new top as soon as a new size is provided to us.
  4. Once finished with the new sizes, we will ship the item(s) back to the original address provided. 

Exchanges only apply to the same product in a different size.
