Return Policy
Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase from NianBoutique.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We understand your purchase may not be exactly what you had in mind. If needed, you’re welcome to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase.
Eligibility
To be accepted, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With all original tags attached (including hangtags)
- Free from marks, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or any odors
Please take care when trying on items, as pieces returned with marks or signs of wear will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet these standards may be sent back.
Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Intimates, underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked Final Sale
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event (e.g. BLACKFRIDAY etc.) may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
- Custom pieces, including custom colors, custom designs, whether they’re crochet or knitwear, are not eligible for return
- Items returned outside of the 14-day return window
How to Return
To start a return, please email nian@nianboutique.com with your order number.
Once approved, we’ll share the next steps.
- Returns must be shipped (or postmarked) within the 14-day window
- Please include your packing slip to help us process your return
- If returning items from multiple orders, they may be combined in one package with all packing slips included
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Store Credit
- Returns are issued as store credit via email
- To initiate a return, please email nian@nianboutique.com. Once approved, your return will be issued as store credit.
- Store credit can be applied at checkout on a future order
- Original shipping costs are not included
Alterations
For pieces that may require a better fit, we’re happy to offer guidance where possible.
If you’re considering an adjustment, feel free to reach out to nian@nianboutique.com for further guidance before returning your order.
Additional Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and processed, we will cover the cost of shipping your item back to you, where applicable
- Items sent back in unsuitable condition may be returned to the sender
- Not all orders are delivered in resealable packaging, so please ensure your return is securely packed
Processing
Once your return has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for it to be reviewed.
You’ll receive an email from our team once your return has been accepted and your store credit has been issued.
Policy
Nian Boutique reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted.
