Return Policy
Please carefully read through our returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from Nianboutique.com
We understand your purchase may not be exactly what you wanted. You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a STORE CREDIT if the item(s) is/are unused & with the original tags attached.
All items must be in original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags (including hangtags) attached.
Review the Non-Refundable Items policy below to ensure your item is eligible.
Non-refundable Items
Items not eligible for return and will be denied include:
- Intimates, underwear, bathing suit bottoms and bodysuits
- Returns received after 30 days of the original delivery date
- Items made in a custom color this includes crochet/knitwear
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
- Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items. This includes items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains
Nian Boutique reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and to update this policy at any time without notice.
Return Instructions
Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will provide you with further instructions.
All item(s) must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original delivery date in order to be eligible
If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each order.
Not all packages are delivered in resealable bags due to the number of items and/or shipping method selected.
Nian Boutique is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
Return Processing
You will receive an email confirmation once we have approved your piece as a return. Refunds will be credited as STORE CREDITS. We will email you a personal code to use during checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To make an exchange:

- We may request additional measurements to complete your exchange request.
This only applies to the same product – in adifferent size or color.
